That sections 15 to 20, inclusive, of the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act are hereby waived in favor of Miss Marion A. Cramer, Longwood Lake, New Jersey, and her claim for compensation for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on August 11, 1943, while she was a member of the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps stationed at Fort Devens, Massachusetts, shall be acted upon under the remaining provisions of such Act if she files such claim with the Bureau of Employees’ Compensation, Department of Labor, within sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act; except that no benefits shall accrue to the said Marion A. Cramer by reason of the enactment of this Act for any period prior to the date of its enactment.
