AN ACT

For the relief of Hsiao-li Lindsay (nee Li-Hsiao-li).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes

of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hsiao-li Lindsay (nee Li-Hsiao-li), shall be deemed to have been born in Great Britain and the provisions of sections 201(a), 202(a)(5), and 202(b)(2) of that Act shall not be applicable in this case.
