AN ACT

For the relief of Margherita Pino Zordan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of sections 101(a)(27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Margherita Pino Zordan, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Vittorio Attilio Zordan, citizens of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of Margherita Pino Zordan, by virtue of such parentage, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
