That the limitations of time prescribed by section 6(e)(5) of the War Claims Act of 1948, as amended, are hereby waived in favor of Charles Bradford LaRue, of Fries, Virginia, and his claim for benefits under section 6(e) of such Act is hereby authorized and directed to be acted upon under the remaining provisions of such section 6(e) if such claim is filed with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission within six months after the date of enactment of this Act.
