AN ACT

For the relief of Mo Tong Lui.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of section 101 (a)(27)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mo Tong Lui shall be held and considered to be under 21 years of age: Provided, That a petition is filed in his behalf under section 205 of the said Act within one year from the date of enactment of this Act.
