AN ACT
For the relief of Haralambos Groutas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Haralambos Groutas shall be held and considered to have been born in Great Britain.
