JOINT RESOLUTION
To extend the time for conducting the referendum with respect to the national marketing quota for wheat for the marketing year beginning July 1, 1962.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 336 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the referendum with respect to the national marketing quota for wheat for the marketing year beginning July 1, 1962, may be conducted not later than August 26, 1961.”
