AN ACT
To waive section 142 of title 28, United States Code, with respect to the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Lafayette Division, holding court at Lafayette, Louisiana.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the limitations and restrictions contained in section 142 of title 28, United States Code, shall be waived with respect to the holding of court at Lafayette, Louisiana, by the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
