JOINT RESOLUTION
Fixing the beginning of the second regular session of the Eighty-seventh Congress.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the second regular session of the Eighty-seventh Congress shall begin at noon on Wednesday, January 10, 1962.
