AN ACT
To extend and increase the special milk program for children.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the first sentence
Milk program.
of the Act entitled “An Act to continue the special milk program for children in the interest of improved nutrition by fostering the consumption of fluid milk in the schools”, approved July 1, 1958, as
amended (7 U.S.C., sec. 1446 note), is amended by inserting immediately after “$95,000,000,” the following: “and for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1961, not to exceed $105,000,000,”.
