AN ACT
For the relief of W. B. J. Martin.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That subsection (b) of section 201 of the Act of January 27, 1948, as amended (62 Stat. 6; 66 Stat. 276; 70 Stat. 241), shall not be applicable in the case of W. B. J. Martin.
