Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the
Kabalan Farris.
purposes of the Act of September 22, 1959 (Public Law 86–363), Kabalan Farris shall be deemed to be within the purview of section 4 of that Act.
