AN ACT
To provide for the maintenance and repair of Government improvements under concession contracts entered into pursuant to the Act of August 25, 1916 (31) Stat. .535), as amended, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That privileges,
National parks.
Concession contracts.
leases, and permits granted by the Secretary of the Interior for the use of land for the accommodation of park visitors, pursuant to section 3 of the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535), as amended, may
provide for the maintenance and repair of Government improvements y the grantee notwithstanding the provisions of section 321 of the Act of June 30, 1932 (47 Stat. 412; 40 U.S.C. 303b), or any other provision of law.
