AN ACT
For the relief of Doctor Carl F. Romney.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That Doctor Carl F. Romney is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $1,866.40, representing overpayment of compensation he received, through administrative error, as an employee of the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Technical Applications Center, Headquarters, United States Air Force, in the period between July 13, 1958, and November 12, 1960.
Sec. 2.
The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money m the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Doctor Carl F. Romney, the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayment referred to in the first section of this Act.
