AN ACT
For the relief of Walter Singlevich.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That Walter
Walter Singlevich.
Singlevich is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $1,866.40, representing overpayment of compensation he received, through administrative error, as an employee of the Department of the Air Force, Air Force Technical Applications Center, Headquarters United States Air Force, in the period between July 13, 1958, and November 12, 1960.
Sec. 2.
The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Walter Singlevich, the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayment referred to in the first section of this Act.
