AN ACT

For the relief of Kevork Toroian.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

For the purposes of section 4 of the Act of September 22, 1959, the petition approved in behalf of Kevork Toroian, on November 23, 1959, shall be deemed to have been approved prior to January 1, 1959, and the provisions of section 24(a)(7) of the Act of September 26, 1961 (75 Stat. 657), shall not be applicable in this case.
