Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, in the administration

of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the provisions of sections 201(a), 202(a)(5), and 202(b) shall be inapplicable in the case of Lise Marie Berthe Marguerite De Simone.
