AN ACT
To amend the Act of May 13, 1960 (Private Law 86–286).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That Private Law 86–286, approved May 13, 1960, is hereby amended by substituting “twenty-eight years” in lieu of “twenty-five years”.
Approved September 5, 1962.
