AN ACT

For the relief of Librande P. Caltagirone.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That Librande P. Caltagirone

Librande P. Caltagirone.

shall be considered to have satisfied the service requirements of section 6(d) of the Civil Service Retirement Act, as amended (70 Stat. 749, as amended; 5 U.S.C. 2256(d)), so as to qualify for an annuity computed in accordance with the other applicable provisions of that Act as a consequence of his involuntary separation on June 8, 1962, from his position as a law clerk to a United States district judge.
