AN ACT
For the relief of Charles L. Kays.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That Charles L.
Charles L. Kaye.
Kays, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $473.64 representing money paid him incident to his service in the United States Army and Air Force and received by him in good faith.
