AN ACT
To amend the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 4 of the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended (22 U.S.C.
295), is further amended by adding the following new subsection:
“(e) For the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act in South Vietnam, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, in addition to amounts previously authorized prior to the enactment
Appropriation.
of this amendment, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended.”
