AN ACT

For the relief of Ken Allen Keene (Yasuo TsukIkawa).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 205(c), relating to the number of petitions which may be approved in behalf of eligible orphans, shall be inapplicable in the case of a petition filed in behalf of Ken Allen Keene (Yasuo Tsukikawa) by Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Keene, citizens of the United States.
