AN ACT
To provide for the free entry of an isotope separator for the use of Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That
the Secretary
Princeton University.
of the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of duty the isotope separator (and its accompanying equipment, parts, accessories, and appurtenances) imported for the use of Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, during June 1964.
If the liquidation of the entry of the articles described in subsection (a) has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made.
