AN ACT
For the relief of Mrs. Maria Eduvigis Aran Heffernan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That Mrs. Maria
Maria Eduvigis Aran Heffernan.
Eduvigis Aran Heffernan, the widow of a United States citizen, shall be deemed to be within the purview of section 101(a)(27)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the provisions of section 205 of
Ante, p. 916.
that Act shall not be applicable in this case.
