AN ACT
For the relief of Ralph Tigno Edquid.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, Ralph Tigno Edquid may be classified as a child within the meaning of section
101 (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Lieutenant and Mrs. Arthur Edquid, a citizen and lawfully resident alien, respectively, of the United States, pursuant to section
204 of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to orphans.
