AN ACT
For the relief of Doctor Jose Enrique Diaz.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Jose Enrique Diaz shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence on June 28, 1961.
