AN ACT
For the relief of Esteban Fernandez Noda.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
Esteban F. Noda.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Esteban Fernandez Noda shall be held and considered to be lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of October 13, 1960.
