AN ACT
For the relief of Rumiko Samanski.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration
Rumiko Samanski.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kumiko Samanski may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1) (F) of such Act, subject to the proviso to such section, and a petition
may be filed in behalf of said Kumiko Samanski by Sergeant and Mrs. Ronald James Samanski, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204(a) of such Act.
