AN ACT
For the relief of Mitsuo Blomstrom.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mitsuo Blomstrom may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)
(1) (F) of such Act, subject to the proviso to such section, and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said Mitsuo Blomstrom by Staff Sergeant and Mrs. Robert J. Blomstrom, citizens of the United States,
pursuant to section 204(a) of such Act.
