AN ACT
For the relief of Chang-You Wu, doctor of medicine.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Chang-You Wu, doctor of medicine, shall lie held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of February 16, 1956.
