AN ACT
For the relief of Doctor Carlos Victor De La Concepcion Garcia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Carlos Victor De La Concepcion Garcia shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of June 1, 1962.
