For the relief of Doctor Guillermo N. Hernandez, Junior.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes

of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Guillermo N. Hernandez, Junior, shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of May 31, 1961.
