AN ACT
For the relief of Doctor Bernardino D. Marcelo.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Bernardino D. Marcelo shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as of December 28, 1956.
