Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, in the administration

of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eli Eleonora Bianchi may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1) (F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by
