AN ACT
For the relief of Luis Tapia Davila.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Luis Tapia Davila shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of November 12, 1960.
