AN ACT
For the relief of Doctor Jorge Mestas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
Dr. Jorge Mestas.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Jorge Mestas shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of February 27, 1963.
