AN ACT
For the relief of John Theodore Nelson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration
John T. Nelson.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, John Theodore Nelson may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of that Act, and a petition may be filed in behalf of
John Theodore Nelson by Maude V. Nelson, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of that Act.
