AN ACT

For the relief of Martin H. Loeffler.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, Martin H.

Martin H. Loeffler.

Loeffler, who was lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence on August 21, 1963, shall be held and considered not to be within the classes of persons whose naturalization is prohibited by the provisions of section 313 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
