AN ACT
To amend the Act of April 24, 1961, authorizing the use of judgment funds of the Nez Perce Tribe.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the first sentence of section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the use of funds arising from a judgment in favor of the Nez Perce Tribe of Indians, and for other purposes,” approved April 24, 1961 (75 Stat. 45), is amended by inserting after “180–A,” the following: “and the funds deposited in the Treasury of the United States to pay the final judgment entered by the Indian Claims Commission on April 29, 1970 in docket 179,”.
Sec. 2.
The last sentence of section 2 of the aforesaid Act is amended by inserting after “175” a comma and “179”.
