AN ACT
For the relief of Lillian Biazzo.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
Lillian Biazzo.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lillian Biazzo shall be deemed to be a returning resident alien within the meaning of section 101 (a) (27) (B) of that Act.
