AN ACT
To Provide for the Free entry of a peal of eight bells and fittings for use of Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of
Smith College.
the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of duty a peal of eight bells and fittings for the use of Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts.
Sec. 2.
If the liquidation of the entry of the article described in the first section of this Act has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made.
