AN ACT
For the relief of Percy Ispas Avram.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the periods of
Percy I. Avram.
time Percy Ispas Avram has resided in the United States and any State since his lawful admission for permanent residence on December 15, 19(52, shall lie held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 318 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
