AN ACT
To amend the tobacco marketing quota provisions of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 318(b)
Tobacco acreage allotments.
Transfer.
of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended by inserting in clause (1) following the word “county” the following “: Provided, That in the case of Virginia fire-cured tobacco type 21 and Virginia sun-cured tobacco type 37, any such transfer may be made to a farm in another county in the same State”.
