AN ACT
To amend title 39, United States Code, to provide for the renewal of certain star route contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 5005
Star route contracts.
Renewal.
(b)(2) of title 39, United States Code, is amended by striking out “holder” and inserting in lieu thereof “contractor or subcontractor”.
