AN ACT
To a mend the Small Business Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That paragraph (4) of section 4(e) of the Small Business Act is amended—
by striking out “$3.100,000,(100” and inserting in lieu thereof “$4,300,000.000”;
by striking out “$450.1)00,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000.000”: and
by striking out “$300.000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$350,000.000”.
Sec. 2.
Section 402(a) of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964
(42 U.S.C. 2902(a)) is amended by striking out “$05,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$50,000”.
