AN ACT
For the relief of William John West.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration of section 101(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, William John West shall be deemed to be the natural-born alien child of Staff Sergeant William K. West, a citizen of the United States.
