AN ACT
To postpone the implementation of the Headstart fee schedule.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the last sentence of section 222(a)(1) of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1904 is amended to read as follows: “The Secretary shall defer the implementation of a fee schedule established under this paragraph until July 1, 1975.”.
