AN ACT
For the relief of Jose Carlos Recalde Martorella.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of section 101(a) (27) (B) of the Immigration and Nationality
Act, Jose Carlos Recalde Martorella shall be held and considered to have been a returning resident alien at the time of his admission to the United States on December 23, 1970.
