AN ACT
For the relief of Mr. Aldo Massara.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mr. Aldo Massara shall be held and considered to have complied with the provisions of section 316 of that Act as they relate to residence and physical
presence.
