For the relief of Jana Hlavaty.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
Jana Hlavaty.
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jana Hlavaty shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence on August 26, 1969.
